Consigned items will be on contract until the termination of the contract. The price of the items will be determined by Bells and the Ball and agreed upon with the consignor. Once an item sells, Bells and the Ball will issue payment for sold items within 60 business days of the sale date. The consignor will be awarded 50% of the net sales of the consigned item. The consignor may pick-up their items any time during open business hours with 24-hour notice. Bells and the Balls is not responsible for loss or damage due to fire, water, wind, vandalism, theft, or negligence of customers. Bells and the Ball reserve the right to deny consignment for any reason.
